Error codesWhen a safety device is activated, the user interface LED will beflashing, and an error code will be displayed.A list of all errors and corrective actions can be found in the tablebelow.Reset the safety by pushing the Y button.In case this procedure for resetting the safety is not successful,contact your local dealer.POSSIBLE CAUSES C ORRECTIVE ACTIONCold water inlet pressure. Check the pressure reducing valve.The field installed pressure reliefvalve is not functioning properly.Check for correct operation of thepressure relief valve by turning thered knob on the valve counterclockwise:• If you do not hear a clacking sound,contact your local dealer.• In case the water keeps running outof the unit, close both the water inletand outlet shut-off valves first andthen contact your local dealer.Dirt is blocking the water pressurerelief valve outlet.Check for correct operation of thepressure relief valve by turning thered knob on the valve counterclockwise:• If you do not hear a clacking sound,contact your local dealer.• In case the water keeps running outof the unit, close both the water inletand outlet shut-off valves first andthen contact your local dealer.POSSIBLE CAUSES C ORRECTIVE ACTIONDirty water Flush or clean the domestic hotwater tank after periods of standstill.It could occur that particles in thewater deposit on the bottom of thetank. If this deposit layer becomesthick enough it could enter the hotwater outlet and contaminate the hotwater.POSSIBLE CAUSES C ORRECTIVE ACTIONThe current permission level is set toa level that prevents using thepressed button.Change the "user permission level"field setting [0-00], see "Fieldsettings" in the operation manual.POSSIBLE CAUSES C ORRECTIVE ACTIONThe main water supply is off. Check that all shut off valves of thewater circuit are completely open.The strainer is blocked (eg. stainer ofhot water tap).Turn off the water supply, removeand clean the strainer.The field installed cold water inletpressure reducing valve is not fittedproperly.Check and refit as required.POSSIBLE CAUSES C ORRECTIVE ACTIONThe thermal cut-out located in thedomestic hot water tank module hasoperated• Check and find the cause of trippingand then reset button.• Check if the thermistor is correctlyinstalled in the thermistor socket ofthe heat pump module.Procedure: remove front panel andinsulation, replace or fix the sensor.The heat pump is not operating. Check the heat pump moduleoperation.
