Si34-603 Test OperationTest Operation 751.1.3 Check Operation* During check operation, mount front panel to avoid the misjudging.* Check operation is mandatory for normal unit operation.(When the check operation is not executed, alarm code "U3" will be displayed.)On completion of test operation, LED on outdoor unit PC board displays the following.H3P ON: Normal completionH2P and H3P ON: Abnormal completion →Check the indoor unit remote controller forabnormal display and correct it.Malfunction codeIn case of an alarm code displayed on remote controller:Check on operation (V3057)Press and hold the TESTOPERATION button (BS4) onoutdoor unit PC board for 5seconds.¡ The test operation is started automatically.The following judgements are conducted within 15 minutes(about 30minutes at the maximum).2“Check for wrong wiring”2“Check stop valve for not open”2“Pipe length automatic judgement”The following indications are conducted while in test operation.2LED lamp on outdoor unit PC board H2P flickers (test operation)2Remote controller Indicates “UNDER CENTRALIZED CONTROL”on upper right.Indicates “TEST OPERATION” on lower left.Malfunctioncode Nonconformity during installation Remedial actionE3The shutoff valve of an outdoor unit is leftclosed. Open the gas-side shutoff valve and the liquid-side shutoff valve.Refrigerant overcharge. Recalculate the required amount of refrigerant from the pipinglength and correct the refrigerant charge level by recovering anyexcessive refrigerant with a refrigerant recovery machine.E4The shutoff valve of an outdoor unit is leftclosed. Open the gas-side shutoff valve and the liquid-side shutoff valve.Insufficient refrigerant.Check if the additional refrigerant charge has been finishedcorrectly.Recalculate the required amount of refrigerant from the pipinglength and add an adequate amount of refrigerant.F3Refrigerant overcharge. Recalculate the required amount of refrigerant from the pipinglength and correct the refrigerant charge level by recovering anyexcessive refrigerant with a refrigerant recovery machine.The shutoff valve of an outdoor unit is leftclosed. If it is not a dedicated unit, replace theindoor unit.UFThe shutoff valve of an outdoor unit is leftclosed. Open the gas-side shutoff valve and the liquid-side shutoff valve.If the right indoor unit piping and wiring arenot properly connected to the outdoor unit.Make sure that the right indoor unit piping and wiring are properlyconnected to the outdoor unit.UH If the interunit wiring has not be connectedor it has shorted. Make sure the interunit wiring is correctly attached to terminals(X2M) F1/F2 (TO IN/D UNIT) on the outdoor unit circuit board. |
