3.20 Parameters: 30-** Special Features3.20.1 30-0* Wobble FunctionThe wobble function is primarily used for synthetic yarnwinding applications. The wobble option is to be installedin the frequency converter controlling the traverse drive. The yarn moves back and forth in a diamond patternacross the surface of the yarn package. To prevent a build-up of yarn at the same points at the surface, this patternmust be altered. The wobble option can accomplish thisby continuously varying the traverse velocity in aprogrammable cycle. The wobble function is created bysuperimposing a delta frequency around a centerfrequency. To compensate for the inertia in the system aquick frequency jump can be included. Especially suitablefor elastic yarn applications the option features arandomized wobble ratio.175ZB001.10Par. 30-09: RANDOM FUNCPar 30-11: RANDOM MAXPar 30-12: RANDOM MINTDOWN T UPPar. 30-06: JUMP TIMEPar. 30-04 [Hz]: JUMP FREQPar. 30-09 [%] : JUMP FREQCENTER FREQPar. 30-07: WOBB TIMEFrequency[Hz]Time [s]Par. 30-01 [Hz]: DELTA FREQ.Par. 30-02 [%]: DELTA FREQ.(Par. 30-03)Par. 30-01 [Hz]Par. 30-02 [%](Par. 30-03:)Par. 30-*1: RAMP UPPar. 30-10: [RATIO TUP / TDOWN ]Par. 30-08: [INDEPENDENT UP and DOWN]Illustration 3.63 Wobble Function30-00 Wobble ModeOption: Function:NOTICEThis parameter cannot beadjusted while running. The standard speed open loop mode in1-00 Configuration Mode is extended with awobble function. In this parameter it ispossible to select which method to be usedfor the wobbler. The parameters can be set asabsolute values (direct frequencies) or asrelative values (percentage of otherparameter). The wobble cycle time can be setas an absolute alue or as independent up-and down times. When using an absolutecycle time, the up- and down times areconfigured through the wobble ratio.[0] * Abs.
