Leave the appliance to cool down for at least30 minutes. Use the special tool supplied to remove any foodresidues from the plates. The tool can be washed by hand orin the dishwasher. Empty the grease tray. The grease tray canbe washed by hand or in the dishwasher.Press the plate release buttons (3) to remove the plates fromthe appliance. Before touching them, make sure they havecooled down completely. The cooking plates are dishwashersafe although frequent washing in a dishwasher could reducethe properties of the coating.
