The passwordjumper disables any password(s) currently in use.1. Open the system.2. Identify the PSWD jumper on the system board.3. Remove the PSWD jumper from the system board.NOTE: The existing passwords are not disabled (erased) until the system boots without thejumper.4. Install the cover.NOTE: If you assign a new system and/or admin password with the PSWD jumper installed, thesystem disables the new password(s) the next time it boots.5. Connect the system to the electrical outlet and power-on the system.6. Power off the system and disconnect the power cable from the electrical outlet.7. Remove the cover.8. Replace the PSWD jumper on the system board.9. Close the system.10. Power on the system.11.
