30 Troubleshooting– Ensure that the main power cable and front panel cable are securelyconnected to the system board (see your Service Manual on the DellSupport website at support.dell.com).• If the power light is blinking amber, the computer is receiving electricalpower, but an internal power problem may exist.– Ensure that the processor power cable is securely connected to thesystem board (see your Service Manual on the Dell Support website atsupport.dell.com).• If the power light is steady amber, a device may be malfunctioning orincorrectly installed.– Remove and then reinstall the memory modules (see your ServiceManual on the Dell Support website at support.dell.com).– Remove and then reinstall any cards (see your Service Manual on theDell Support website at support.dell.com).• Eliminate interference.
