You can also import a previously exported file. Exporting the parameters from a moduleClick Export in the Device Setting dialog box. In the Save As dialog box, select a folder in the Save in list, type afile name in File name, and click Save. Importing the parameters from a fileClick Import File in the Device Setting dialog box. In the Save As dialog box, select a file to import, and clickOpen. Note that the windows for importing and exporting parameters may be different for different modules.Before importing the parameters, the system checks the file format and the module model. If the file format or themodule model is not correct, the system stops the importing process. If the data registers specified in the originalfile that was exported have been used in the present configuration, the system specifies different data registersafter the file is imported.8.4.3 Updating Parameters in a ModuleYou can update the parameters in a module. Make sure the software is in the Online mode. Double click the modulethat you want to update. Click Update to update the parameters in the selected module. This function is limited todigital input I/O and analog I/O and network modules.
