When the power is turned back on,the settings made when the power was switched to standby arerecalled.About the memory functions¢ Backup memoryThe various settings are stored in the memory for about 1 week, evenwhen the power is turned off or the power cord is unplugged.Initialization of the microprocessor (Reset)Use the procedure described below to reset the microprocessor if thedisplay is abnormal or if the buttons on the main unit or the remotecontrol unit do not operate.Switch off the unit using .1Check that the entire display is blinking with an intervalof about 1 second, and release your fingers from the 2buttons.• The microprocessor will be initialized.3Hold the following (A and B) and press.2• If step 3 does not work, start over from step 1.• If the microprocessor has been reset, all the settings are reset to thedefault values.Recording (audio and/or video)Press until “RECOUT” appearson the display.Use to select the source to be recorded(audio and/or video).• The “ ” indicator and the indicator for the selectedsource light.Record (the audio or video signals).For operations, see the operating instructions of the device fromwhich you are recording (audio or video signals).• To cancel, press and set the function to “ZONE2”.123NOTE:• When the REC OUT mode is selected, [ZONE2] and [FUNCTION](ZONE2) cannot be operated.• Digital signals are not output from the analog REC OUT terminal.RECOUTZONE2
