Understanding the basics 21DX-60D260A13USB menu (USB mode)Navigating the menusSelecting a channelTo select a channel:• Press CH or CH to go to the next or previouschannel on the memorized channel list.• Press the number buttons to enter the channelnumber you want, then wait for the channel tochange or press ENTER to immediately change thechannel.• To select a digital sub-channel, press the numberbuttons to select the main digital channel, press(dot), then press the number button for thesub-channel. Wait for the channel to change, orpress ENTER to immediately change the channel.For example, to tune to channel 5.1, press 5, (dot),then 1.• Press (return) to go to the last viewed channel.• Press CH-LIST to open the channel list, press S or Tto highlight a channel, then press ENTER. Hiddenchannels are grayed and cannot be selected. See“Hiding channels” on page 25.• Press FAVORITE to open the favorite channel list,press S or T to highlight a channel, then pressENTER. For information on setting up a favoritechannel list, see “Setting up a favorite channel list”on page 25.Adjusting the volumeTo adjust the volume:• Press VOL+ or VOL– to increase or decrease thevolume.• Press MUTE to turn off the sound. Press MUTEagain to turn the sound back on.Viewing channel informationTo view channel information:• Press INFO to view an information banner. Theinformation banner shows the current programinformation such as channel number, video inputsource, and resolution.• Digital channel information—Displays thechannel number, channel label, broadcastprogram name, TV rating, signal type, audioinformation, resolution, CC mode, and currenttime, if provided by the broadcaster.• Analog channel information—Displays channelnumber, channel label (if present), signal type,and audio information, if provided by thebroadcaster.Viewing system informationTo view system information:1 Press MENU. The on-screen menu opens.2 Press W or X to highlight Settings, then press T orENTER. The Settings menu opens.3 Press S or T to highlight System Info, then pressENTER. Information about the TV software version isdisplayed.4 Press MENU to return to the previous menu, or pressEXIT to close the menu.NoteButton presses must be within three seconds of eachother.Press MENU to open the on-screen menu.Press S or T to select menu options.Press ENTER to confirm a selection orenter a sub-menu.Press MENU to return to the previous menu.Press EXIT to close the menu.Press W or X to move the cursor on thescreen or to adjust a selected item.NoteIf a list has more than one page, press S or T toscroll through the pages.
