Only the printer built-in fonts canbe used to print variable fields;no Windows® fonts can be used.Date and TimeIn order to synchronize the date andtime of your printer with those of yourcomputer move to the Date tab andclick the andkeys successively.You can set a different date or time inyour printer by setting them in theDate tab and transferring to theprinter with the key.In order to insert the date (time) fieldthat is updated automatically, followthe steps below:1. In the text edit line position thecursor in the place where youwant the date (time) to be dis-played.2. While holding the cursor on thetext edit line press the rightmouse button (or the MENU but-ton) and select the commandDefine variable field from themenu displayed. You can insert a font-changemarker on the left or right of thedate (time) field.4. You can change separators in-side the date (time) field by re-placing the existing separatorswith different characters. You canalso remove proportional-textmarkers.
