Press the Controls button in the main menu. The System controls screen appears.2. Press the Go online button on the System controls screen. The UPS transfers to doubleconversion mode. If enough UPM capacity is not available, the system remains on bypass andan alarm sounds.3. The UPS is now operating in double conversion mode, and the NORMAL status indicator isilluminated. The system status indicates UNIT ONLINE.7.9 Transfer from Double conversion mode to Energy SaverModeNote that the Energy Saver mode commands are displayed only if enabled at the factory or by anEaton Customer Service Engineer.To transfer the critical load to Energy Saver mode:1. Press the Controls button in the main menu.2. Select Service controls.3. Select Enable ESS.The UPS transfers to Energy Saver mode and the critical load is supplied by the bypass source. If thebypass source is not available or conditions are not correct for ESS mode, the power module remainson and an alarm sounds. The NORMAL status indicator is illuminated. The UPS status indicates UNITONLINE, ESS. The UPM status indicates IDLE.7.10 Transfer from Energy Saver Mode to Doubleconversion modeNote that the Energy Saver mode commands are displayed only if enabled at the factory or by anEaton Customer Service Engineer.To transfer the critical load to Double conversion mode:1. Press the Controls button in the main menu.2. Select Service controls.3. Select Disable ESS.
