2EATON IB514011EN Installation instructionsInstallation Instructions - Crosstour MAXX Replacement Driver OptionsINSTALLATIONTools Required:Phillips-head screwdriver, electrical wiring tools.Driver Replacement1. Unscrew door with Phillips-head screwdriver. Removedoor from back box and secure door into locking hingeslocated at the top of the back box. (Figure 1.)2. Disconnect the black and white wire on the driver andthe ground wire on the front cover.3. Remove front cover from fixture and place face downon a soft surface.4. Snip the zip tie securing wiring to driver, disconnect redand black wires connected to LED, and remove fourPhillips-head screws securing driver bracket. (Figure 2.)5. Remove old driver and bracket and replace with newdriver and bracket.6. Screw new driver bracket to front cover with foursupplied screws and tighten to 10 in-lbs.7. Connect red wire from driver to the two red wires onfront cover. Connect black wire from driver to the twoblack wires on front cover. Use zip tie to secure wiringto top of driver.8. Secure door into lock hinges located at the top of theback box (Figure 1). Reconnect the ground wire onthe front cover and the black and white wires on thedriver. Utilize Push-in connectors to make fixture-wiringconnections. (See Wiring Diagrams.)9. Ensure all electrical wires and connections are securedin the back box, re-install door, and tighten door screwto 15-20 in-lbs.Maintenanceote:N A regular maintenance schedule should befollowed to retain optimal light output and thermalperformance. Optical lens cleaning should beperformed with a clean dry cloth to remove anydust or other contaminants. Additional lens cleaningshould be performed with non-abrasive acryliccleanser. Remove any dirt, leaves, or other foreigndebris from the housing and fins.
