The cabinets are designed for line-up-and-matchinstallation, but may be installed separate from the UPS cabinet.8.2.2 Integrated Distribution CabinetThe IDC provides adaptation and expansion with distribution panelboards, distributioncircuit breakers, a maintenance bypass switch, and voltage transformation. The IDC ishoused in a single, free-standing cabinet designed for line-up-and-match installation, butmay be installed separate from the UPS cabinet.
