Usethe value recommended by the battery manufacturer.SC100: Menu >Configuration > FastCharge > EditDCTools: Control Processes> Fast ChargeVoltage Threshold If the bus voltage drops below this value during an acsupply failure, then Fast Charge starts when the acsupply is restored. Fast charge can also be started basedon the Ah Threshold.DCTools: Control Processes> Fast ChargeAh Threshold If Ah Discharged exceeds this value during an ac supplyfailure, then Fast Charge starts when the ac supply isrestored. The threshold is given as a percentage ofinstalled C10 battery capacity. Fast charge can also bestarted based on the Voltage Threshold.MaximumDurationThe maximum duration of a Fast Charge. Use the valuerecommended by the battery manufacturer.RechargePercentage (%)The ratio of ampere-hours recharged to the ampere-hours discharged. Fast Charge stops either when the Ahrecharged equals the Ah discharged x Fast ChargeRecharge Percentage, or after Maximum Duration.Battery Capacity Set to the rated 10 hour capacity of the installed batterystrings. Zero means no battery is installed.SC100: Menu >Configuration > System >Edit > Battery Capacity>EditDCTools: BatteriesReset Battery StateThe SC100 monitors battery discharge and maintains a value called Ah Discharged. In a newSC100 Ah Discharged is set to zero. During operation of the dc power system the value isincreased as the battery is discharged, and reduced as the battery is recharged. The value of Ah Discharged is used to start the Fast Charge control process. See details on page19.► To view current value of Ah Discharged In DCTools go to: Batteries. If a battery or the SC100 is changed, then reset the value of Ah Discharged to zero (when thebattery is fully charged).► To set the value of Ah Discharged back to zero In DCTools go to: Batteries. Click Reset Battery State. Any active or pending Fast Charge or Equalize will be cancelled.
