35WARNING  SERVICING TO BE CARRIED OUT ONLY BY AN AUTHORISED PERSONDisconnect from electricity before servicing. Check appliance is safe when you have finished.Taking care to protect your fingers in case the bulb shouldshatter, unscrew the old bulb.Fit an Edison screw fitting 15w 240v lamp, FOR OVENS. Itmust be a special bulb, heat resistant to 300°C.Screw in the new bulb, screw back the bulb cover. Turn onthe electricity supply and check that the bulb now lights.30. To Change Grill InjectorDisconnect from electricity supply.Remove the hotplate control panel, see 1.spring clipgrill injector holderLift up the spring clip retaining the grill injector holder andslide the injector holder out of the burner venturi. Removegrill jet from adaptor and fit new jet (see table at the back ofthe book for correct jet). Put the injector holder back in theburner venturi.31. To Change Grill BurnerDisconnect from electricity supply.Remove grill injector see 30.A grill electrode plate fi xing screwB position of grill burner fi xing screwsC front shield fi xing screwsD grill venturiRemove the 2 screws holding the front shield and removethe shield. Turn the grill venturi clockwise to clear the frontcross-member, lift up and remove. For models with ignitiondisconnect the electrode lead and remove the screwholding the plate around the grill electrode. Support thegrill burner from below and remove the two screws (underthe foil wrap) securing grill burner the top of grill chamber.Remove grill burner.Reassemble in reverse order taking care not to damage thegrill electrode (where fitted).32. To Change Grill ElectrodeDisconnect from electricity supply.Remove the grill burner see 31. Withdraw electrode and pulloff electrode lead. Fit lead to new electrode.Reassemble in reverse order and check ignition issatisfactory33 To Adjust the Oven Door AngleThe door bottom hinge can be adjusted to alter theangle of the door.Loosen the bottom hinge fixing screws and use thenotch and a flat bladed screwdriver to move the positionof the hinge to set the hinge position.Retighten the hinge screws.Effect of hinge adjustment – exaggerated for clarityCentre line of hinge pinOven door omitted for clarity
