Do not try toclean it – the small holes could get blocked and affect burnerperformance.The grill pan can be easily removed for cleaning (Fig.5-5).The grill pan and trivet should be washed in hot soapy water,alternatively, the grill pan can be washed in a dishwasher.After grilling meats or any foods that soil, leave to soak fora few minutes in the sink immediately after use. Stubbornparticles may be removed from the trivet by using a nylonbrush.nn Before you remove any of the grill parts for cleaningmake sure that they are cool, or use oven gloves.nn DO NOT use any abrasive substances.Control Panel and DoorsAvoid using any abrasive cleaners including cream cleaners.For best results, use a liquid detergent.The same cleaner can be used on the doors or alternativelyusing a soft cloth wrung out in clean hot soapy water – buttake care that no surplus water seeps into the appliance.After cleaning, polish with a dry cloth.Glass Fronted Door PanelsThe oven door front panels can be taken off so that the glasspanels can be cleaned. Move the cooker forward to gainaccess to the sides (see the ‘Moving the Cooker’ section under‘Installation’).Open the oven door slightly and remove the front panelfixing screws from the door sides, two each side (Fig.5-6).Carefully lift off the outer door panel. The inside face of theglass panels can now be cleaned – take care not to disturb orwet the door insulation.Note: If the door is triple glazed then the inner two panels arefixed together and should not be separated. After cleaning,carefully refit the outer door panel and replace the side fixingscrews.Fig.5-6
