Do not add cleaningsolutions or chemicals of any kindto the water.Close the door.Activate the Steam Clean function bypressing 6 & 7 pads at same time;then press Start.A 25-minute cycle will begin to countdown on the display.When the Steam Clean cycle iscomplete, the oven control will beepand the door will be unlatched.Press Off pad and Open the door.The oven bottom and remaining waterwill still be warm at the end of thecycle. This is normal.Remove any remaining water witha dry cloth or sponge.Leave the door open to air dry.IMPORTANT NOTES:• If a steam clean cycle is initiated withoutwater, press the Off pad to end the cycle.Wait for the range to cool to roomtemperature before pouring water intothe recessed area and initiating anothersteam cycle.• Press Off pad at any time to endthe cycle.• If mineral deposits remain in the ovenbottom after cleaning, use a cloth orsponge soaked in vinegar to removethem.• Some water may drip from the bottomof the oven door. If this happens, wipeit up at the end of the cycle.• The door gasket may be wet whenthe Steam Clean cycle finishes. Thisis normal. Failure to do so may result in burns.The range should be at room temperature beforebeginning the Steam Clean cycle. If the oven is too hot,“hot” will appear on the display and the cycle will notactivate until the oven cools down.The Steam Clean cycle performs best on new spillsor soils. Make sure that allsurface unit controls are turned off at alltimes during the steam-clean cycle. Anysurface unit that is set to an on position,while the steam-clean cycle is operating,will automatically come on after thesteam-clean cycle is finished, and couldresult in an on, unattended surface unit.Wait until the steam-clean cycle isfinished to set and use the surface units.Remove soils using a scrub brush ornylon scouring pad. A soap-filled steelwool pad may be used only on theporcelain oven interior. The use ofabrasive pads will scratch the doorglass.
