– 32 –IcemakerThe following components must be removed in theappropriate order to remove the icemaker:Unplug the refrigerator.1.Open the freezer door or remove the freezer2.drawer. (See Removing the Freezer Drawer.)Remove the ice bucket and freezer baskets. (See3.Control Features.)Note: The top of the vertical divider on some modelsis inserted in a molded recess in the freezer ceiling.The bottom of the divider has a front tab that iscaptured in a notch in the support rail.4. Remove the vertical divider from the supportrails:a. Remove the two 1/4-in. hex-head screws(1 on each side) from the top rear of thevertical divider.(Continued next page)b. Release the front of the vertical divider bypressing down on the support rail whilepressuring the front of the divider up.c. Carefully rotate the divider slightlycounterclockwise to clear the tab from thenotch in the rail.Note: When installing the vertical divider, positionthe top of the divider into the recess in the freezerceiling before positioning the bottom over the notchin the support rail.Vertical DividerScrew location(1 of 2)Support RailNotchComponents
