The control housing contains the maincontrol board, refrigerator compartment thermistor,air control, light, and light thermostat.To remove the control housing:Remove the two recessed Phillips-head screws1.that attach the control housing to the ceiling ofthe refrigerator compartment.2. Lower the housing and disconnect the wireharness.Note: When installingthe control housing,ensure the housing leg isplaced in the top slot inthe center track.Screw LocationDisconnectSlotLegAir Control (Model GBSC0)An air control is used to direct airflow to therefrigerator and freezer compartments. It consists ofa damper and damper shaft. The damper is locatedon the back of the control housing and the dampershaft is attached to the inside of the control housing.Airflow can be adjusted by the freezer temperaturecontrol knob located on the front of the housing.To remove the air control:Remove the control housing.
