Do not use a glassscraper.Display Wipe down using a microfibre cloth or aslightly damp cloth. Do not wipe with awet cloth.Stainless steel Hot soapy water: Clean using a dishcloth and then dry with a soft cloth.Remove splashes and patches of limes-cale, grease, starch and albumin (e.g.egg white) immediately. Corrosion canform under these patches or splashes.Special stainless-steel cleaning productsare available from our after-sales serviceor from specialist retailers.Aluminium Clean with a mild window cleaningagent. Using a window cloth or a lint-freemicrofibre cloth, wipe over the surfaceslightly in a horizontal direction.Cooking compart-mentHot soapy water:Clean with a dish cloth and dry with asoft cloth.Do not use oven spray or other aggres-sive oven cleaners or abrasive materials.Scouring pads, rough sponges and pancleaners are also unsuitable. These itemsscratch the surface.Always dry the cooking compartmentafter cleaning. ~ "Dryingprogramme" on page 39For regular care of the stainless steelcooking compartment, use cooking com-partment care products in accordancewith the manufacturer's instructions(order number 00667027 from the after-sales service or from our online shop).Caution!If traces of cleaning product are left onthe surface, patches and marks canappear when the cooking compartmentis heated up. Wash off all traces of clean-ing and care product thoroughly withclean water before drying the cookingcompartment.Very dirty cookingcompartmentsThe cleaning program removes stubborndirt. ~ "Cleaning programme"on page 37Glass ceramicgrilling surfaceClean the glass ceramic grilling surfacein the cooking compartment regularlywith glass ceramic cleaner (order num-ber 00311499 from the after-sales ser-vice or from our online shop). Removeburned-on remnants with a glass scraper.Caution!Do not scratch the cooking compartmentwith the glass scraper.Glass cover for thecooking compart-ment lightHot soapy water: Clean with a dish cloth.Door sealDo not remove.Hot soapy water: Clean with a dish clothand do not scour. Do not use metal orglass scrapers for cleaning.Water tank Clean in the dishwasher as necessary.Remove the lid and place the water tankupside down in the dishwasher.Core temperatureprobeWipe with a damp cloth.
