Put Pos. leadof the voltage meter onthe yellow wire and Neg.lead on the green/yellowgrounding wire.12V DC0V DCCheck the resistance ofthe N.C. down valvecoils.Repeat the test butrelocate the Neg. lead ofthe voltage meter at theground terminal 10(green/yellow wire) of the13 pole terminal strip (J1)in the ground control box.12V DCCheck for a looseconnection at thegrounding stud in theground control box ORcheck for a bad pinconnection at the quickdisconnect under thebase control box ORreplace 18/7 cablebecause of an opencircuit in the green/yellowgrounding wire.7 ohmsinfiniteohmsPull the manual loweringlever (red handle) locatedon the base.Replace the coil becauseof an open circuit.platformlowers One or both of the N.C.down valves aredamaged or possiblycontaminated.
