1Product overviewIntroductionH3C S5120-SI Switch Series is a line of Layer 2 Gigabit Ethernet switching products developed byHangzhou H3C Technologies Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as H3C). The S5120-SI switches areintelligent manageable switches designed for network environments where high performance,high-density port distribution, and easy installation are required.With 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet interfaces, the S5120-SI switches are mainly deployed at the accesslayer in enterprise networks requiring Gigabit to the Desktop (GTTD) application and at the distributionlayer in metropolitan-area networks (MANs).
