31-5000516 Rev. 3 5The Cassette indoor unit ships separately from theaccessories. Accessories include the cassette panel, remotecontrol, and wired controller.The Cassette unit will install between standard dropped ceilinggrids. It is mounted using threaded rods that fit into brackets thatare located at all four corners of the cassette assembly.The Cassette unit receives 230 volt line voltage from aconnection at the outdoor condensing unit. There is norequirement for independent line voltage connections.The cassette unit has a built in condensate pump andassociated float switch that manages the operation of thecondensate pump. A flexible hose is included with theCassette unit. This hose connects the cassette condensatedrain outlet to the buildings condensate drain system.The motorized louver is controlled via the remote control.The louver has indicator lights that communicate function anddiagnostic information to the user and service technician.Factory provided insulating tape is included with the cassetteunit.
