David is an IBM Certified IT Specialist.Robert Moon is the team leader at IBM System x Techline in Greenock, Scotland. He iscoauthor of IBM System x3755 Solution Assurance Product Review Guide. He has more than10 years of experience with System x servers, including pre-sale and post-sale technicalsupport. He has been involved with Solution Assurance since 1998, and is currently theEMEA coordinator for the ServerProven Opportunity Request for Evaluation (SPORE)program. Robert’s areas of expertise include Novell NetWare and System x hardware. He isan IT Advisory Systems Specialist, chartered professional of the British Computer Society(MBCS CITP), Certified Novell NetWare Administrator (CNA), and an IBM System x CertifiedSpecialist.
