Updating the server configurationWhen you start the server for the first time after you add or remove a device, youmight receive a message indicating that the configuration has changed. TheConfiguration/Setup Utility program automatically starts so that you can save thenew configuration information. For more information, see Chapter 3, “Configuringthe server,” on page 57.Some optional devices have device drivers that you need to install. See thedocumentation that comes with the option for information about installing anyrequired device drivers.The server comes with at least one microprocessor installed on the system board. Ifmore than one microprocessor is installed, the server can operate as an SMPserver. You might have to upgrade the operating system to support SMP.
