Install it as apart as possible from the main unit, TV set, speaker cordsand power cord and orient it in the direction that offers best reception condition.Connecting a antenna cordConnect the AM antenna code across the [AM] and[MGND] terminals as shown on the right.•Connecting the FM indoor antennaThe provided FM antenna is a simplified one for indoor use. To receive FM stations stably, it is recommended to use anoutdoor antenna (commercially available). Remove the simplified antenna before connecting the outdoor antenna.Connecting the speakersTreatment of the speaker cord extremitiesTwist and remove the vinyl coating on theextremity of each speaker cord.•Connecting a speaker cord to the main unit•Connecting the speaker cords to the speakers•Be careful not to short-circuit the + and – conductors of the speaker cord (be sure to avoid contact between the + and –conductors).
