Release the stopper pin, and then lock thehandle in the raised position by pushing in the stopperpin. ► Fig.33: 1. Stopper pin2. Install the outer flangeand hex socket bolt,and then use the hex wrench totighten the hex socket bolt (left-handed) of the spindlesecurely counterclockwise while pressing the shaft lock.3. Release the handle from the raised positionby pulling the stopper pin. Lower the handle to makesure that the blade guard moves properly.5.
