The cutting tool is not included in somecountries.NOTE: Turn the tool upside down so that you canreplace the cutting tool easily.Cutter bladeCAUTION: When handling a cutter blade,always wear gloves and put the blade cover onthe blade.CAUTION: The cutter blade must be well pol-ished, and free of cracks or breakage. If the cutterblade hits a stone during operation, stop the tool andcheck the cutter blade immediately.CAUTION: Always use the cutter bladewith the diameter described in the section forspecifications.► Fig.20: 1. TightenTo remove the cutting blade, loosen the nut while hold-ing down the spindle lock button.Nylon cutting headNOTICE: Be sure to use genuine Makita nyloncutting head.While holding down the spindle lock button, placethe nylon cutting head onto the spindle and tighten itsecurely by hand.► Fig.23: 1.
