Setting Up Your Server 3-3SELECTING A SITERead the following precautions before selecting a suitable site for your server. The followingdescribes installation of the server and connections to the server.CAUTIONObserve the following instructions to use the server safely. Failure to followthese instructions may cause a fire, personal injury, or property damage. Seepages 1-3 to 1-8 for details.■ Never attempt to lift the server with three or less persons.■ Do not install the server in any place other than specified.The following figure illustrates a site suitable for installing the server.When you have selected a server site, hold the server by its bottom with at least four persons andcarry it to the site, then place it slowly and gently.IMPORTANT: Do not hold the server by its front door to lift theserver. The front door may be disengaged and damage the server.* It is recommended that the server should be used in a room wheretemperature is in the range between 15 to 25ºC.Close enough toconnect the mouseand the display.Install the server on thefloor or rigid, flat desk.Clean and tidy roomPlace having a space enough to fullyopen the front door (The front doorextrudes about 35 mm from the leftside of the server when fully opened.)Room that satisfies the followingconditions for operation: *Temperature: 10 to 35ºCHumidity: 20 to 80% (nocondensation)100 to 120 Vac/200 to240 Vac parallel bi-polarwall power outlet withthe ground line.Wall outlet to connect thesupplied power cord.Place having available spaceof 150 mm or more in frontand rear of the server.
