Corner grounded supplies (grounded Delta)2. Ungrounded supplies (IT) > 575 V10.2.1 DC bus voltage set-pointThe DC bus voltage set-point is user definable through Pr 03.005, thismust be set to 50 V above Vac* √2.10.2.2 Temperature, humidity and cooling methodAmbient temperature operating range:-20 °C to 55 °C (-4 °F to 131 °F).Output current derating must be applied at ambient temperatures>40 °C (104 °F).Cooling method: Forced convectionMaximum humidity: 95 % non-condensing at 40 °C (104 °F)10.2.3 Storage-40 °C (-40 °F) to +55 °C (131 °F) for long term storage, or to +70 °C(158 °F) for short term storage.Storage time is 2 years.Electrolytic capacitors in any electronic product have a storage periodafter which they require reforming or replacing. The DC bus capacitors have a storage period of 10 years. The low voltage capacitors on the control supplies typically have astorage period of 2 years and are thus the limiting factor.Low voltage capacitors cannot be reformed due to their location in thecircuit and thus may require replacing if the drive is stored for a period of2 years or greater without power being applied. It is therefore recommended that drives are powered up for a minimumof 1 hour after every 2 years of storage. This process allows the drive tobe stored for a further 2 years.10.2.4 AltitudeAltitude range: 0 to 3,000 m (9,900 ft), subject to the following conditions:1,000 m to 3,000 m (3,300 ft to 9,900 ft) above sea level: de-rate themaximum output current from the specified figure by 1 % per 100 m(330 ft) above 1,000 m (3,300 ft)For example at 3,000 m (9,900 ft) the output current of the drive wouldhave to be de-rated by 20 %.10.2.5 IP Rating (Ingress Protection)The drive is rated to IP20 pollution degree 2 (dry, non-conductivecontamination only) (NEMA 1). However, it is possible to configure thedrive to achieve IP65 rating (NEMA 12) at the rear of the heatsink forthrough-panel mounting (some current derating is required). The IP rating of a product is a measure of protection against ingress andcontact to foreign bodies and water. It is stated as IP XX, where the twodigits (XX) indicate the degree of protection provided as shown inTable 10-9.Frame size Power loss3 ≤ 50 W4 ≤ 75 W5 ≤ 100 W6 ≤ 100 W7 ≤ 204 W8 ≤ 347 W9 ≤ 480 W10 ≤ 480 W11 ≤ 480 WRectifier Model Voltage rating (V) Maximum Losses (W)10204100 200 53510404520 400 101910502430 575 49910602480 690 60911406840 400 162711503840 575 93511604060 690 6611142X400* 400 17731162X380* 690 1679Drive voltage rating (11.033) Vfs K200 V 415 V 1045400 V 830 V 522575 V 990 V 438690 V 1190 V 364NOTENOTE
