Continued opera-tion could result in injury. After remov-ing the battery, take the equipment to aNikon-authorized service representativefor inspection.Do not use in the presence of flammablegasDo not use electronic equipment in thepresence of flammable gas, as this couldresult in explosion or fire.Observe caution when using the camerastrapNever place the strap around the neckof an infant or child.Do not disassembleTouching the product’s internal partscould result in injury. Observe the followingprecautions when handling batteries foruse in this product:• Before replacing the battery, turn theproduct off and make sure the power-on lamp has gone out. If you are usingan AC adapter, be sure it is unplugged.• Use only rechargeable Nikon EN-EL1lithium-ion batteries (supplied) or six-volt 2CR5 (DL245) lithium batteries(available separately).• When inserting the battery, do not at-tempt to insert it upside down or back-wards.• Do not short or disassemble batteries.• Do not expose batteries to flame or toexcessive heat.
