Maximizing the Life of theCameraStorageWhen the camera will not be used for an extended period, turn the camera off, removethe battery, and store the battery in a cool, dry area with the terminal cover in place. Toprevent mold or mildew, store the camera in a dry, well-ventilated area. Do not store thecamera with naphtha or camphor moth balls or in locations that:• are poorly ventilated or subject to humidities of over 60%• are next to equipment that produces strong electromagnetic fields, such as televisionsor radios• are exposed to temperatures above 50°C/122°F (for example, near a space heater or in aclosed vehicle in a hot day) or below-10°C (14°F)Cleaningcamera body _xUsea blower to remove dust arid lir]t, ther] wipe ger]tly with a soft, dry cloth.
