Press the emergency stop button.2. Pull the plug out of the socket.To switch on the machine:1. Insert the plug in the socket.2. Reset the emergency stop feature.Do not switch off the machine at the end of the day; set it to‘PASTEURISING’ or ‘STANDBY’.5.6 Adjusting the viscosityUse this function only during ‘Run’.The viscosity can be adjusted in half increments. On the display this is shownwith a (dot) after the last digit. For example, 1.6. is half more than 1.61. Press ‘-’ and ‘+’ to-gether until the dis-play flashes. Thedisplay on the rightnow shows the setvalue.2. Press ‘+’ or ‘-’ to in-crease or decrease theviscosity.3. Wait approximately 5seconds. The displayon the right nowshows the new setvalue.5 sec
