6Version date: March 26th 201824Operator ManualNA 9328 Prof XL pumpIf the soft or wet and watery ice cream was not caused by point 1 or 2, youshould place a nozzle with a larger hole onto the nozzle valve.The nozzles in your sparepart box go up in steps of 5. You should place the nozzlewith the next higher number onto the nozzle valve. If for example, you use nozzle70, you should fit nozzle 75.The air/mix balance will then be improved automatically and drawing off 20-to-25ice creams will improve the quality of the ice cream. If you do not see anyimprovement after drawing off 20-to-25 ice creams, place the next higher nozzleand repeat this process until you are able to draw off a dry and firm ice cream.6.3.3 What should I do in case of rasping, popping or if the machine dis-plays LORasping, popping or LO in the display is almost always due to too much air in thecylinder. This leads to free air bubbles in the cylinder that pop out of the ice creammachine when drawing off an ice cream. You can solve this by placing a nozzlewith a smaller hole onto the nozzle valve.The nozzles in your sparepart box go down in steps of 5. You should place thenozzle with the next lower number from your sparepart box onto the nozzle valve.If for example, you use nozzle 80, you should fit nozzle 75.The air/mix balance will then automatically improve and the rasping, popping orthe LO in the display will be reduced or stop after drawing off 20-to-25 icecreams. If you do not see any improvement after drawing off 20-to-25 ice creams,place the next lower nozzle and repeat this process until there is no more rasping,popping or LO in the display. |
