Check connection boxes, connectionsfor sensor cable extension or air compensationelement for correct connection or moisture.Sensor Check sensor installation (towards flow direction,horizontal installation)Check sensor for soiling, sedimentation, silting (à tobe removed) or mechanical damage or sensor bodyand cable (à replace sensor).Flow levelmeasurementImportant: no flow level à no flow velocitymeasurement possible!!In case of water-ultrasonic measurement: checksensor for horizontal installation.Check sensor function in menu >I/O - Sensors -H-Sensor >echo profile<.In case of external level measurement: checkexternal transmitter for function and signaltransmission (cables, clamp connections, shortcircuits, contact resistances).In case of measurement with pressure cell: checkcompensation channel at sensor body forobstructions.Flow level > 65 mm (if using sensor type CS2:150 mm? Type DSM >30 mm?)? In this case theOCM Pro is in Q/H measurement mode at initialstart-up. Enter the velocity prevailing at a level of65/150/30 mm manually in parameter CAL – Flowvel. – Velocity h_crit. This must be done only once.Check level measurement parameter "Fixed value“in case of measuring in full channel without usinglevel measurement.Transmitter Call up error memory. Depending on errormessages take the respective measures (checkcables, plug and socket connections, sensorinstallation).If >CPU Error< is indicated consult NIVUS servicepersonnel. Investigate the moment of failure in menuRUN – Trend.Negative flow direction Check installation direction of the sensor, rotatesensor if required.If the flow direction is reversed only occasionally andthe measurement fails subsequently à set min.value to –1.0m/s in menu CAL-Flow vel. – min. +max. value.Programming Completely check the transmitter parametersettings.
