See “Tapping settings,” p. 71.To store laptimes, select Lap every time you start a new lap.To stop the monitoring, select Pause and Stop. The exercise is automaticallyrecorded in the diary.■ DiaryTo plan exercises and view, record, and manage exercise records, select Diary. Toview planned and performed exercises on a certain day, scroll to the day, andselect Options > Open. To view a list of all planned and performed exercises, in themonth view, select Options > View list.
