Any spoken words,such as a name, can be a voice tag.The number of voice tags you cancreate is limited.Before using voice tags, note thefollowing:• Voice tags are not language-dependent. They are dependenton the speaker's voice.• You must say the name exactly asyou said it when you recorded it.• Voice tags are sensitive tobackground noise. Record voicetags, and use them in a quietenvironment.• Very short names are notaccepted. Use long names, andavoid similar names for differentnumbers.Note: Using voice tags maybe difficult in a noisyenvironment or during anemergency, so you shouldnot rely solely upon voicedialing in all circumstances.
