With the screen that contains a “0”, enter the first num-ber in the calculation (press # for decimal point)3. Enter the second numberRepeat these steps as needed. If you need to erase any mis-takes, press Clear to clear one number at a time.5. Press Options. Press Menu 8 (Calendar)2. If you are not in a digital network, you will be promptedto set your phone’s time and dateWhen your phone prompts you for the time withhh:mm, enter the time in hours and minutes (usingtwo-digit fields), then press OKTime format (24-hour or am/pm) is set using the Clock. See “Clock”on page 32.When your phone prompts you for the date with mm/dd/yyyy, enter the month and day (using two-digitfields) and year (using a four-digit field), then press OK.Tip: Use t to move the cursor right and s to move it left.When you enter a digit, it writes over the number to the rightof the cursor.3. Your phone now displays the current day. You can alsoscroll to different days by pressing t or s.4. Once you’re at the date you want, press Options. Thenuse t to highlight the option you want, and pressSelect. The options are:Option 1: View dayWith this option, you can view the notes of the day currentlyon display.Use t to scroll through the notes. Each note allows you tochoose the following Options:Erase clears the note from your calendar.Edit gives you the same prompts you got when you made thenote.Move gives you the date prompt so you can move the noteto another date.Option 2: Make noteWith this option, you’ll need to choose Reminder, Call,Meeting, or Birthday.
