Do not open anyattachment if you are notsure of the trustworthinessof the sender.Note: When sendingmessages, your device maydisplay the words "MessageSent". This is an indicationthat the message has beensent by your device to themessage centre numberprogrammed into yourdevice. This is not anindication that the messagehas been received at theintended destination. Formore details aboutmessaging services, checkwith your service provider.Text messages (SMS)Using SMS (Short Message Service),your phone can send and receivemulti-part messages, which consistof several ordinary text messages(network service). Sending multipartmessages may affect invoicing.Consult your service provider formore details.You can also send and receive textmessages that contain pictures.Your device supports the sending oftext messages beyond the normal160-character limit. If your messageexceeds 160 characters, it will besent as a series of two or moremessages.The number of available characters /the current part number of a multi-part message are shown on the topright of the display, for example120/2.Note that using special (Unicode)characters such as ë, â, á, ì take upmore space.Note: Picture messagefunction can be used only ifit is supported by yournetwork operator or serviceprovider. Only devices thatoffer picture messagefeatures can receive anddisplay picture messages.
