Confirm or editthe e-mail address and subject, then writeyour reply. To send the message, selectSend > Send now.E-mail foldersYour phone saves e-mail that you havedownloaded from your e-mail account in theInboxes folder. The Inboxes folder containsthe following folders: “Account name” forincoming e-mail, Archive for archivinge-mail, Custom 1—Custom 3 for sortinge-mail, Junk where all spam e-mail is stored,Drafts for saving unfinished e-mail, Outboxfor saving e-mail that has not been sent, andSent items for saving e-mail that has beensent.To manage the folders and their e-mailcontent, select Options to view the availableoptions of each folder.Spam filterThe e-mail application allows you toactivate a built-in spam filter. To activateand define this filter, select Options > Spamfilter > Settings in the main e-mail idlescreen. The spam filter allows the user to putspecific senders on a black or white list.Black list sender messages are filtered to theJunk folder. Unknown and White list sendermessages are downloaded into the accountinbox. To blacklist a sender, select the e-mailmessage in the Inboxes folder and Options >Blacklist sender.■ Instant messagingYou can take text messaging to the nextlevel by experiencing instant messaging (IM)(network service) in a wireless environment.You can engage in IM with friends andfamily, regardless of the mobile system orplatform (like the internet) they are using, aslong as you all use the same IM service.Before you can start using IM, you must firstsubscribe to your wireless service provider’stext messaging service and register with theIM service you want to use. You must alsoobtain a user name and password before youcan use IM. See “Register with an IMservice”, p. 22 for more information.
