All rights reserved.■ Copy contactsTo copy a name and phone number from thephone contact memory to the SIM cardmemory, or vice versa, select Menu >Contacts > Names > Options > Copycontact. To move all contacts from the SIMcard to phone memory, or vice versa, selectMenu > Contacts > Move contacts or Copycontacts > From phone to SIM card or FromSIM card to phone. To copy more than onecontact, but not all contacts, select Menu >Contacts > Names > Options > Mark. Scrolland mark the contacts you want to moveand select Move marked or Copy marked.■ Edit contact detailsSearch for the contact you want to edit, andselect Details. To edit a name, number, textitem, or to change the image, selectOptions > Edit. To change the number type,scroll to the desired number, and selectOptions > Change type. To set the selectednumber as the default number, select Set asdefault. You cannot edit an ID when it is onthe IM contacts or Subscribed names list.■ Delete contactsTo delete all the contacts and the detailsattached to them from the phone or SIMcard memory, select Menu > Contacts >Delete all contacts > From phone memory orFrom SIM card. Confirm with the securitycode.To delete a contact, search for the desiredcontact, and select Options > Deletecontact.To delete a number, text item, or an imageattached to the contact, search for thecontact, and select Details. Scroll to thedesired detail, and select Options > Deleteand from the options available. Deleting animage or video clip from contacts does notdelete it from Gallery.■ My presenceWith the presence service (network service),you can share your presence status withother users with compatible devices andaccess to the service, such as your family,friends, and colleagues. Presence statusincludes your availability, status message,and personal logo. Other users who haveaccess to the service and who request yourinformation are able to see your status.The requested information is shown inSubscribed names in the viewers’ Contactsmenu. You can personalise the informationthat you want to share with others andcontrol who can see your status.Before you can use presence, you mustsubscribe to the service. To check theavailability and costs, and to subscribe tothe service, contact your network operatoror service provider, from whom you alsoreceive your unique ID, password, and thesettings for the service. See “Configuration”,p. 41.While you are connected to the presenceservice, you can use the other functions ofthe phone, and the presence service is activein the background. If you disconnect fromthe service, your presence status is shownfor a certain amount of time to viewers,depending on the service provider.
