Do not switch thephone on when wirelessphone use is prohibited orwhen it may causeinterference or danger.■ Writing and sendingtext messagesYour phone is able to send andreceive multi-part messagescomprised of several ordinary textmessages (network service).Invoicing is based on the number ofordinary messages needed for amulti-part message.The number of available charactersand the current part number of amulti-part message are shown onthe top right of the display.1. Press Menu, and selectMessages, Text messages andCreate message.2. Key in a message. See ”Writingtext” on page 20.See also ”Templates” on page 23.3. To send the message, pressOptions and select Send.4. Enter the recipient’s phonenumber, or search for it in thephone book, and press OK tosend the message.Note: When sendingmessages via the SMSnetwork service, your phonemay display the words"Message Sent".
