The Mail main view shows the following folders:Own texts — Contains the documents you have written with thecommunicator. The documents may contain formatted text, but the text willappear in the editor without formatting.Received mail — Contains mail fetched from the Remote mailbox. See ”Tofetch mail” on page 94.Document outbox — The outgoing communications manager of the communicator.Remote mailbox — Your electronic mailbox service which receives all yourmail. This service may be offered by a network operator, your company, or anInternet service provider. The required mailbox and Internet access pointsettings are described in ”Mail settings” on page 89.Mail settingsBe sure to define your Internet access point as described in ”Internet settings”on page 86.To define the mail settings1 Press Settings in the Mail main view.2 Select the item you want to change, and press Change.Show header fields — The term header field refers to the information given atthe top of an e-mail message. This setting controls which header fields withinthe received message will be shown when the message is opened:None — Shows no header fields, although the sender and the subject of themessage are still shown in the name of the message.Basic — Shows the Date, From, To and Subject fields.All — Shows all possible fields.Figure 2
