To activate a licence, in the licencesmain view, select Invalid licences >Options > Get licence. Establish anetwork connection at the prompt, andyou are directed to a website where youcan purchase rights to the media.To remove file rights, go to the desiredfile, and select Options > Delete. Ifthere are several rights related to thesame media file, all the rights aredeleted.The group licence view displays all ofthe files related to a group right. If youhave downloaded multiple media fileswith the same rights, they are alldisplayed in this view. You can open thegroup view from either the validlicences or invalid licences tabs. Toaccess these files, open the group rightsfolder.SyncSelect Menu > Ctrl. panel >Connectivity > Sync.Sync enables you to synchronise yournotes, calendar entries, text andmultimedia messages, browserbookmarks, or contacts with variouscompatible applications on acompatible computer or on the internet.You may receive synchronisationsettings in a special message from yourservice provider.A synchronisation profile contains thenecessary settings for synchronisation.When you open the Sync application,the default or previously used syncprofile is displayed. To modify theprofile, scroll to a sync item, and selectMark to include it in the profile orUnmark to leave it out.To manage sync profiles, selectOptions and the desired option.To synchronise data, select Options >Synchronise.To cancel synchronisation before itfinishes, select Cancel.Mobile VPNSelect Menu > Ctrl. panel > Settingsand Connection > VPN.Security and data management 151© 2010 Nokia.
