Select your default mailboxIf you have defined several mailboxes, you can selectone of them as your default mailbox. To define thedefault mailbox, select Options > Settings > E-mail >Mailbox in use and the mailbox.If you have defined several mailboxes, you must selectthe mailbox that you want to use every time you startcomposing a new e-mail message.Connect to mailboxE-mail addressed to you is not automatically receivedby your device, but by your remote mailbox. To readyour e-mail, you must first connect to the remotemailbox; then select the e-mails you wish to retrieveinto your device. To receive and send e-mail, you needto register for an e-mail service. To set up a mailbox inyour device, select Messag. > Options > Settings > E-mail > Options > New mailbox. Contact your serviceprovider for the correct settings.To retrieve received e-mail messages to your device andview them offline, select your mailbox in the Messag.remote mailbox, or All to retrieve all messages notpreviously retrieved.To disconnect from a remote mailbox, select Options >Disconnect.View e-mail offlineWorking offline means that your device is notconnected to a remote mailbox. Managing your e-mailoffline enables you to save in connection costs and workin conditions that do not allow a data connection. Anychanges you make in the remote mailbox folders whileoffline take effect in your remote mailbox the next timeyou go online and synchronize. For example, if youdelete an e-mail from your device when offline, the e-mail is deleted from the remote mailbox the next timeyou connect to the mailbox.1.
