Press Activate to activate the IR port of Nokia Fitness Monitor.3. Direct the IR ports of Nokia Fitness Monitor and the receiving compatiblephone toward each other, and ensure that there are no obstructions betweenthe devices. The maximum allowed distance is up to 0.5 metres and thetransmission angle is 45.Do not point the IR (infrared) beam at anyone's eye or allow it to interfere withother IR devices. This device is a Class 1 laser product.4. Activate the transfer from the phone. For more information, refer to the userguide of the phone.All the data stored in Nokia Fitness Monitor is transferred to the phone. Whenthe transfer is ready, Nokia Fitness Monitor displays a success notification.5. The IR port deactivates automatically after a while, but if you want todeactivate it immediately, press Deactivate. |
