The above limitations shall not apply to death orpersonal injury resulting from Nokia’s proven negligence.Statutory obligationsThis Limited Warranty must be read subject to anystatutory provisions that imply warranties or conditionsinto this Limited Warranty that cannot be excluded,restricted or modified or cannot be excluded, restrictedor modified except to a limited extent.
