You can only be connected to onewireless LAN access point device at a time, but severalapplications can use the same IAP.When you activate the offline profile, you can still usewireless LAN (if available). To check the unique media access control(MAC) address that identifies your device, enter*#62209526# in the standby mode.Home networkYour device is compatible with UPnP. With a wireless LANaccess point device, you can create a home network andconnect compatible UPnP devices that support wirelessLAN to the network, such as your Nokia device, acompatible PC, a compatible printer, and a compatiblesound system or a TV, or a sound system or TV equippedwith a compatible wireless multimedia receiver.After you have configured the home network, you cancopy, view, or play compatible media files and print imagesin Gallery on the other connected compatible devices, forexample, view images stored on your Nokia device on acompatible TV. See "Home network", on page 79 and"Image print", on page 31.To set up home networking in your wireless LAN, firstcreate and configure your wireless LAN home IAP, thenconfigure the devices. On your Nokia device, configure thesettings in Home net.. To connect a compatible PC to thehome network, on the PC, you must install the HomeMedia Server software from the DVD-ROM supplied withyour Nokia device.After you have completed the necessary configurations inall devices connected to the network, you can start usingHome net. to share your media files. See "View mediafiles", on page 81.Memory cardYou can use a compatible miniSDmemory card and use it as extra storagespace to save the memory on yourdevice. You can also back upinformation from your device to the memory card.Use only compatible miniSD cards approved by Nokia foruse with this device. Nokia uses approved industrystandards for memory cards, but some brands may not befully compatible with this device. Incompatible cards maydamage the card and the device and corrupt data storedon the card.Keep all memory cards out of the reach of small children.
