● Home access point — Select Always ask if youwant the device to ask for the home access pointevery time you connect to the home network,Create new to define a new access point that is usedautomatically when you use the home network, orNone. If your home network does not have WLANsecurity settings enabled, you get a securitywarning. You can continue and switch the WLANsecurity on later; or cancel defining the access pointand first switch on the WLAN security. See "Accesspoints", p. 163.● Device name — Enter a name for your device thatis shown to the other compatible devices in thehome network.● Copy to — Select the memory where you want tosave copied media files.Set sharing on and definecontentSelect Tools > Connectivity > Home media >Share content and from the following:● Content sharing — Allow or deny sharing mediafiles with compatible devices. Do not set contentsharing on before you have configured all the othersettings. If you set content sharing on, the otherUPnP compatible devices in the home network canview and copy your files you have selected forsharing in Images & video, and use playlists youhave selected in Music. If you do not want the otherdevices to access your files, set content sharing off.● Images & video — Select media files for sharingwith other devices, or view the sharing status ofimages and videos. To update the content of thefolder, select Options > Refresh content.● Music — Select playlists for sharing with otherdevices, or view the sharing status and content ofplaylists. Ifcontent sharing is off in your device, you can still viewand copy the media files stored in another homenetwork device if it is allowed by the other device.Show media files stored in your deviceTo show your images, videos, and sound clips inanother home network device, such as a compatibleTV, do the following:1. In Photos, select an image or a video clip; or inGallery, select a sound clip, and Options > Showvia home network.2. Select a compatible device in which the media fileis shown.
