The main purpose of the Mobility HLOC is to provide a digit sequencethat is unique within the SIP domain to identify a MCC 3100 for WindowsMobile client that does not conflict with the existing dial plan and routingconfiguration for their CDP and UDP numbers.The Target DN of the PCA extends the user’s incoming calls to mobileclients that are accessible through SIP domain. A typical setup wouldbe AC1 + Mobility Home Location (HLOC) + the user’s ESN number (forexample, Target DN: 65553435335).ATTENTIONIt can be necessary to increase the Forward No Answer (FNA) timeout forMCC 3100 for Blackberry/Nokia users. The PCA extends all calls to theMCG 3100. The MCG 3100 then presents the incoming call to the MCC 3100clients over the cellular data channel of the MCC 3100 (using HTTP/HTTPS).It can take a few seconds for the data transmission to reach the client dependingon the current state of the mobile phone. If the FNA timeout is too short users donot have reasonable time to (potentially log on) and answer the call before the callserver invokes FNA and sends the call to the FNA destination.Caller ID tableAll CS 1000 telephones use the Caller ID table.
